I've been dealing with a different ac company and have had numerous problems my unit is just now 2 years old. My heat was not working and was told that I needed a certain part to make it work and just use emergency heat. Well we all know that the utility bill would be outrageous! My boss called Hicks and DJ
in was out with in a hour and discovered one wire in my thermostat was hooked up
wrong and my Freon was over filled. He took the time to go through everything and
made sure it was working properly. I can tell you this they are honest they explained everything so that I could understand.i will from here going forward will only use them.

Quick response, they came out the same day. I called them for a second opinion (which was free) because another company told me I needed to replace some of my equipment and was going to cost $1000. These guys fixed my ac for $175 and it is running great. They didn't try to sell me any products or services, they were 100% focused on getting my ac going and getting my house cool again. They were friendly, professional, and honest! They explained the entire process step by step (that the ac wasn't blowing cold air because the unit was freezing up, what was causing it, how they were going to fix it, and what it would cost). I highly recommend you call them first, but if you don't, let them give you a second opinion.
